Diamond Innovations Return Policy:

Diamond Innovations guarantees our customers a quality product and will issue replacement product or credit the customer account if the product does not meet Diamond Innovations product specifications.

For returns of standard product for non-quality reasons, returns of undamaged, unused product in the original sealed containers within 30 days of purchase will be accepted. Returns in unsealed bottles or packages will not be accepted.

Returns of special (made-to-order) products will not be accepted unless there is a quality issue and the product does not meet specification. Cancellation of an open order for a made-to-order product will not be accepted.

Please email your request for an RMA, return material authorization, before returning any material. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
