Type-I crystal coated with 60% of Nickel for superior crystal retention
in phenolic and polyimide resin bonded grinding wheels. This thick,
textured coating is applied to enhance abrasive particle retention
in the resin matrix and extract heat generated at the grinding interface.
Borazon CBN Type-II is the most widely used CBN for resin bonded tools
in the world.
