BZN 6000
–
High Strength for Interrupted and Roughing Cuts
High quality micron size Borazon CBN crystals are randomly oriented and strongly
bonded to each other. The PCBN layer is integrally bonded to the tungsten carbide
substrate, providing uniformly high hardness and wear resistance. This combination
of physical properties, provides this high volume % CBN product with excellent
cutting edge characteristics and superior impact strength. As a result, BZN 6000
delivers outstanding results even in applications with severely interrupted cuts.
